Surface preparation
- Surfaces must be strong, clean and free of release agents.
- Plan bead positions and temporary support before applying.
Application method
- Apply a zig-zag bead at approximately 10 cm spacing.
- Press firmly for 2–3 minutes and adjust within 5 minutes.
- Support heavy items and allow the bond to cure overnight.
Usage considerations
- Do not rely on the adhesive for unsupported structural loads.
- Not for high-temperature gasketing; check the TDS before use on restricted plastics and bituminous substrates.
